I’ve always known I’d work in design. Even as a kid, I was sketching floor plans with my parents and building furniture concepts alongside my dad. Those early memories—of drawing blueprints, shaping wood, and imagining how people move through space—planted the roots for what would become a lifelong love of bespoke design.

I earned my Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design and became a licensed residential builder because I wanted to understand every layer of how a home comes together—from the emotional to the structural. My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but every step has brought me back to this truth: I’m here to help people create homes that truly reflect who they are.

Today, I live and work in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina, where I guide homeowners through intentional renovations, new builds, and custom design projects that combine style with purpose. My work is deeply personal—and so is my business name. Copper Lantern Homes was inspired by a season in my life when I hand-built light fixtures from copper and brass. That hands-on craftsmanship, that care for detail and timeless design—it’s still at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not building or designing, you’ll probably find me hiking trails, paddle boarding, or hanging out with my kids & our pup, Samson—reminding me every day why home matters so much.
